Job Summary

As a Roofing Sales Superstar (Sales Representative), you'll venture into the field, work company leads, referrals, and break through cold calls. Your quest includes property inspections, contract signings, meetings with insurance adjusters, and crafting estimates that bring us one step closer to financial success

Position Responsibilities by Phase:
  •  Prospecting
    • Maintain a Positive Mental Att (PMA) both in the field and office.
    • Work within storm-affected areas, prospecting and cold calls.
    • Property inspections using high-tech gadgets to document damage.
    • Lead property owners through the insurance claim process, securing agreements.
    • Championing this phase adds approximately 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions.
  • Scope Mastery and Contract Creation
    • Encounter insurance adjusters and craft a scope of damage.
    • Collaborate with adjusters, creating a line-item estimate using estimating software.
    • Formalize contracts with property owners using a set of build Contracts.
    • Your efforts contribute about 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions.
  • Profit  and Production 
    • Execute estimating and supplementing techniques like a seasoned champion.
    • Work with our production team when needed, securing change orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Assist the accounts receivable department, ensuring successful collection of payments.
    • Help us maintain our financial success, ensuring each job's profit margin surpasses 30%.
    • This phase contributes approximately 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Feed us accurate information, insights, and valuable leads.
  • Participate in company meetings, sales rallies, and advanced training sessions.
  • Embrace the Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform as your secret weapon for success.
  • Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
  • Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.
  • Work alongside us in our relentless pursuit of financial greatness, achieving a minimum of $100,000 in monthly contracted sales.
Qualifications
  • A Driver's License and vehicle.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of roofing or construction.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with a track record for exceeding sales targets.
  • A positive attitude and unwavering commitment to our mission and values.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
  • Including shifts is helpful and often results in higher applicant flow, even if it’s just sharing normal operating hours, if applicable.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
