Prospecting
- Maintain a Positive Mental Att (PMA) both in the field and office.
- Work within storm-affected areas, prospecting and cold calls.
- Property inspections using high-tech gadgets to document damage.
- Lead property owners through the insurance claim process, securing agreements.
- Championing this phase adds approximately 1/3 of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions.

- Encounter insurance adjusters and craft a scope of damage.

- Work with our production team when needed, securing change orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist the accounts receivable department, ensuring successful collection of payments.

- Feed us accurate information, insights, and valuable leads.

- A Driver's License and vehicle.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
- Knowledge of roofing or construction.
